  • The Board of Directors has formulated the Code of Conduct for Board and Senior Management Personnel which lays down the important corporate and organisational values that shape the Company’s value system. The Board of Directors and Senior Management Personnel shall affirm the compliance of the same on an annual basis.
  • The employees of the Company shall abide by the Employee Code of Conduct.
